Talking Galaxxor on Episode 129 of Nerd City

As many of you may already know, in addition to working on the Galaxxor project, I also write for the blog and host the podcast over at Nerd City. The most recent show, Episode 129, is particularly of interest for Galaxxor fans, because I took a good bit of time to discuss Galaxxor. I covered the origins of the project, some never before discussed details of the storyline of the universe, and, most excitingly, I unveil my plans for the 6 exclusives that I will have for C2E2.

Props also have to go to my co-host, Jim Kyle, for these really great pics that he took of the Galaxxor 009.
If you want to listen, check out Episode 129 of Nerd City here. Be warned, however, that there is a bit of profanity in the show, so it might not be entirely "SFW".

Galaxxor 009 Pre Order Begins 01.27.12 @ Noon CDT

From the edge of the Xanthic Interdimensional Rift comes the ninth Galaxxor: Monster Hunter Robo, Galaxxor 009! This classic 5.5" action figure-style resin art toy was sculpted by Ben Spencer, hand cast in blacklight-reactive, chromed aluminum Airsoft pellet infused crystal clear resin by The Godbeast . Galaxxor 009 features 2 points of articulation and comes packed in a traditional bag and header style with exclusive header card art by Steve Seeley. This figure is limited to 5 pre orders and will never be produced in this colorway ever again.

Galaxxor 009 will be available in a limited number of pre orders for $125 each on 11.27.12 at noon CDT, exclusively from The Galaxxor Online Store. Expect the 009's to ship about a month after the pre order date.

Special thanks to the gang at Shawnimals for their help with these awesome photos!

First Pics of Galaxxor 009 from The Godbeast

Check out these absolutely stunning images of the Galaxxor 009, straight from The Godbeast! The figure consists of chromed aluminum Airsoft pellets suspended inside of crystal clear, blacklight-reactive resin.
This was more or less a figure that I wanted to have made for myself, before the original mold wend bad. I would like to, however, allow fans and friends to have the opportunity to get their hands on one, too. Stay tuned for more details!
