Zartep the Despoiler and his Scarabite Automaton Legion

Metallic clangs echoed out as Zartep's boots walked across the obsidian glass-like surface of the planet Duat. How long had he been here?
Had it been centuries?
He truthfully didn't know. He hadn't been aware of the passage of time for as long as he could recall. He was only aware of the swirling, multicolored, bio-mechanical ebb and flow of the dimension he had found himself in. It had changed him. It flowed through him. And it flowed into his legion of Scarabite Automaton Cyborg Space Barbarians.
One hundred rows of one hundred Scarabite warriors stood before him, silent and lifeless, except for the glow of their eyes. Zartep looked up into the undulating chaos of the sky above to a single black slit. He returned his gaze to his legion.
"Today, my children, conquest begins!"

Enter the Space Wizard!
This new, double sided production head is a continuation of "Phase 2" of the Galaxxorverse. Words cannot express how pleased I am with how it came out! My buddy, Jarrod, of Wednesday Toys once again absolutely killed it with the digital sculpting on my new head design and I'm once again honored to add his work to the official production Galaxxor mix.
Zartep the Despoiler will be available for purchase on 01.11.18 at 8pm Central from galaxxor.com. As with the other Glyos-compatible Galaxxor vinyl figures, Zartep/Scarabite Automaton will come with both the Space Wizard and the Cyborg Space Barbarian head, for a total of three  display/character options. They will be $30 each.
As the Galaxxorverse begins to expand further and further into the weirdness, I want to thank each and every one of you for being along for the ride. We've only just begun!

TS-3262 Cyborg Space Barbarian Test Shots from Galaxxor x Zoloworld

http://galaxxor.blogspot.com/p/store.html
I've bee a huge fan/collector of Zoloword's neo-vintage 5.75" Realm of the Underworld figures for many years. I've always loved the way that Zoloworld has put a modern spin on figures that recall some of my favorites from the heyday of the 80's. So, when given the opportunity to work with mike, and have a production Cyborg Space barbarian head made that was compatible with Zoloworld's proprietary bucks, I jumped at the chance! Zoloworld's furute lineup of releases are extremely exciting, and I'm honored to have some Cyborg Space Barbarians sprinkled into that mix.
To celebrate the fruits of out labor and to get some Zoloworld x Galaxxor Cyborg Space Barbarians into the hands of fans and hardcore collectors, we have run a very limited number of TS-3262 Cyborg Space Barbarian production test shots. These feature all of the articulation and exchangability that you have come to know and love from Zoloworld's 5.75" figure lines. TS-3262 was produced with a translucent orange body and a turquoise Cyborg Space Barbarian head. Each figure will come with a sword accessory, either in translucent purple, or translucent green, clear, or smoke chase variants. Sword color accessories are randomly packed/distributed.
TS-3262 goes on sale at 8pm Central on 08.17.17 from The Galaxxor Online Store. Each figure will be $30. Mind you, this is an extremely limited run and these will only be available while supplies last.
Thanks for the opportunity, Mike! I'm extremely excited to see what the future holds for Galaxxor x Zoloworld collaborations!

The Crisis in The Lazarus Sector Continues- The Scimitar

Galaxxor 002 rocketed towards the planet Txoltep. To his right, he saw an ebony behemoth of a ship, tumbling through space, out of control, being torn apart by violent explosions. To his left, he saw the moon-sized pyramidal space fortress known as Cerberus. It rippled with an inter-dimensional unnatural energy that sickened Galaxxor 002's circuits to the core. As he entered Txoltep's arid atmosphere, the interior of his dome began to crackle with cosmic energy. The voices of The Seven Space Gods spoke to him in choral unison...

Galaxxor, we are uploading to you the coordinates of the base known as The Scimitar. It is controlled by the Cyborg Space Barbarian Nebularr and his mutant henchmen. The Scimitar houses the control system for the defenses of Cerberus. You must enter The Scimitar, defeat Nebularr and his followers, and disable Cerberus's defenses. The fate of The Lazarus Sector hangs in the balance!

The expanse of Txoltep spread out below Galaxxor 002. It was a shimmering desert wasteland framed by crystalline mountain ranges. Crackling lightning storms shredded the dark purple of Txoltep's skies. In the distance, Galaxxor 002 saw a great tower, reaching skyward. The bio-mechanical construct of some ancient mad architect, the twisted tower flared towards the top, like a nightmarish curved blade. From its tip, swirling black energies swirled upward into space.
The iridescent white sand of Txoltep exploded in a glittering cloud as Galaxxor 002 landed before the entrance of The Scimitar. Almost immediately, a great door opened, and a horde of mutant warriors walked out. Towering, multi-limbed insectoid monstrosities charged towards Galaxxor 002.
Hearing a great "THUD!", Galaxxor 002 looked back to see that Galaxxor 011 had landed behind him. Nodding to one another in recognition, the two turned toward the monstrosities and prepared for battle...

The darkness of the control room of The Scimitar was lit only by the unearthly glow of arcane machines and a central holoscreen. Surrounded by his insectoid henchmen, Nebularr looked on as the holoscreen displayed the Cyborg Space Barbarian Azralok and his cabal of Space Wizards . In the core of Cerberus, they levitated above a rift in the very fabric of reality. Psychic energy burst forth from their eyes as beasts from beyond this plane shuddered in and out of form.
Suddenly, the warning klaxons of The Scimitar sounded.
His fortress was under attack!

I'm extremely excited to announce that my latest production vinyl figure, Galaxxor 002/Nebularr will be available for purchase on 01.25.17 at 8pm Central from galaxxor.com.
As with the other Glyos-compatible Galaxxor vinyl figures, Galaxxor 002/Nebularr will come with both the horned head and the dome head, for both display/character options. They will be $30 each.
Sincerest thanks for your continued support. Without it, Galaxxor wouldn't be what it is. There are some incredibly exciting things in the works. So stay tuned!

And what the hell is going on on Cerberus?!?!?

Omega Matrix Power General Gorgax C2E2 2015 Exclusive

When General Gorgax unlocked the cosmic powers of the Omega Matrix, Infiniton of the Seven Space Gods tasked Galaxxor 014 to take an elite team of Hippo Titan Soldier Deep Warp Gunners to the digital city C2-E215 to battle Gorgax and his Cyborg Space Barbarian minions. The fate of the Galaxxorverse hangs in the balance of this epic conflict!
In the Galaxxorverse, there are many Galaxxors, but really only one General Gorgax. So, in essence, any Gorgax that I do from here on out will be a variant, of sorts. I've always had a soft spot for those super over the top variants of figures that they used to pump out in the 80's/90's. Who wants a neon green Scuba Attack Batman? No one. But, sometimes, those figures got so crazy that something beautiful happened. So, Omega Matrix Power General Gorgax is my tribute to that sort of figure, along with a tip of the hat to another iconic snake of a villain that rocked that iconic mirror chrome face plate.
Omega Martix Power General Gorgax is a 5.5" art toy that was designed and sculpted by Ben Spencer and engineered and produced in semi-translucent neon pink resin by The Godbeast and True Cast Studio. Gorgax was hand painted by Ben Spencer. He features 3 points of articulation at the arms and head.
Limited to an edition of 5, Omega Matrix Power General Gorgax will be $90 each and will exclusively be available at Nerd City's booth #760 at C2E2.

Fröstkronna the Cyborg Space Barbarian C2E2 Exclusive from Galaxxor x BigManToys

About once a year, my friend Lee (the mastermind behind BigManToys) and I try to do a collaborative figure. This time around, Lee had the idea to make a figure that was a combination of his iconic Wo-Man figure and my Cyborg Space Barbarian figure, Fröstkron.  If you're going to be at C2E2 this year, you just might have the chance to snag one from Nerd City's booth #750!
pic
Fröstkronna  features a head that was sculpted by Ben Spencer and produced by The Godbeast and a body that was sculpted and produced by Bigman Toys, this deadly resin beauty features articulation at the shoulders and right wrist. She also features rubber cast armor by BigmanToys and was hand painted by Ben Spencer.

Lucha Sharks!

Things are about to kick into overdrive for my latest toy project, The Lucha Sharks! You probably know all about the figures by now, but you might not necessarily know exactly how those beer loving anthropomorphic Luchadors fit into the Galaxxorverse. You could even call Lucha Sharks a "spinnoff". Indeed it is truly the Family Matters to Galaxxor's Perfect Strangers.

Following General Gorgax's conquering of Xanthos and assembly of his Cyborg Space Barbarian retinue, he amassed The Evil Mutant Legion as his army of intergalactic domination. Of the warriors of The Evil Mutant Legion, none was more fierce and powerful than Tiburonicus, The Bloodthirsty Berzerker Sharkman. Following the conquest of numerous solar systems, Tiburonicus was finally brought to justice by Galaxxor 003 and taken back to his home planet, Hive World X-544.
Universally renowned for their love of gladiatorial combat, the people of X-544 called out for the infamous berzerker to be thrown into the combat pits to fight for their entertainment. Rising to stardom on X-544, Tiburonicus made short work of every opponent he faced, as well as most of the pit staff and a good deal of the fans in the crowd. Following his rapid rise to fame, Tiburonicus was quickly banished to an underground cell laboratory.
Years later, clones of Tiburonicus returned to the gladiatorial pits, this time, they were equipped with Luchatronic helmets. These helmets kept the killer instinct and super strength of the Sharkmen clones intact but replaced the extreme berzerker bloodlust of their gene father with a keen instinct for solving mysteries and an insatiable appetite for hotwings and beer.

Behold, Gorgax!

I'd like to thank everyone who came out and visited my friends and I at the Nerd City booth last weekend at C2E2. Your support means so much to us! You guys snatched up all of the Cyborg Space Barbarians that I had to offer and got a sneak preview of this prototype of my next figure, Galaxxor's arch nemesis, General Gorgax!
As I stated above, this is the prototype, so there might be minor tweaks. But, I think I'm going to stick with the gloss glitter black/ matte black/ neon green color scheme. These guys will be in an edition of five and pricing and drop date are tba. However, I'm thinking that these figures will be closer in cost to Galaxxors and will probably drop in about a month.
Apologies to those of you who missed out on the first waves of Cyborg Space Barbarians. But, fear not! I intent to produce a few more sets for sale in the web store in the near future.
